In the ancient temple of Solomon, the thresholds, the olive wood doors and doorposts of the inner and outer sanctuary were crafted with precision and purpose. They marked an entrance to the place where divinity dwelled. Olive Wood Partners, a company founded in June 2024, understands the timeless wisdom and sometimes unrecognizable beauty of thresholds. Our programming is customized to companion groups and individuals through personal and professional transitions.

Olive Wood is creatively designed for those who need support through change, especially, but not limited to Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color. Inspired by the olive wood doors of

Solomon’s temple, I chose to name the organization Olive Wood Partners, symbolizing my commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive space that sources wisdom as it is found in oral story, sacred writings, the sciences, and the arts. Olive Wood is compassionate companionship for an international community, highlighting the universal human desire for connection, healing, and transformation.

Just as the olive tree is renowned for its resilience, wisdom, and versatility, so too are the founding principles of this organization. As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain rooted in these seven core values: connection, compassion, collaboration, integrity, inclusivity, joy, and mindfulness.
